Product Warranty

ToperBlinds proudly extends the following product and service warranty to the original purchaser, provided that proof of purchase is offered.

Coverage:

  • The motor is covered by a warranty for five years, while the fabric and remote control are covered for three years.
  • After the warranty expires, repair costs are nominal or customers can order replacement parts for a minimal fee, which includes packaging and handling charges.

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear, including examples such as wear, stains, pet damage, exposure to elements (heat, sunlight, wind, water, or moisture), and material discoloration, fading, or slight deformation over time.
  • Product malfunctions caused by improper installation (unless provided by ToperBlinds), operation, modifications by anyone other than a ToperBlinds representative, misuse, abuse, or damage by pets or insects.
  • Natural variations in color, texture, or grain of natural products, slight warping of wood products, and natural color changes over time for materials.
  • Products that exceed ToperBlinds's size recommendations or do not comply with the specifications in other ways.

Other Considerations:

  • Resolution of warranty issues is at the discretion of a ToperBlinds representative, who will decide whether to repair or replace the product.
  • In the case of multiple products in the same room, only the defective products will be repaired or replaced, with an effort to match the original specifications.
  • Third-party brand products are subject to the warranty of the third-party manufacturer, if applicable.
  • Any product damage visible at the time of delivery or installation must be reported to ToperBlinds within 3 days, or the warranty will not apply.

Professional Installation Warranty:

  • When purchased with the product, ToperBlinds guarantees that professional installation services will be free of installation defects.
  • This installation warranty applies to the original purchaser, providing proof of purchase, for up to one year after installation is completed.
  • If repair services are required, ToperBlinds will provide necessary repairs free of charge within one year and will also reinstall the product free of charge if it needs to be removed from the installation location.

  • Except for implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, no other warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing are given.
  • ToperBlinds is not responsible for any loss of profits or other indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
  • Some state laws may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to everyone.
  • This warranty provides specific legal rights, including other rights that may vary from state to state.
